All colour treatments require a patch test. A patch test is when a small amount of hair colour or product is applied to the skin to check for any allergic reactions before a full treatment takes place. This must be done 48 hours before a full treatment takes place before your appointment, you will be required to fill out a form to show you have agreed to a patch test and that it has taken place.
A consultation is a chat we have before your appointment date, this is usually done when you are booked in for a colour, although if you wanted to have a consultation before any other appointment that isn't a colour you are more than welcome to book in for one. We will discuss what you would be looking to achieve and I will assess your hair's condition to give you the best advice and make sure we are both on the same page.
Before any hair extension services you will be required to come in for a colour match, you will be required to fill in a form providing all of the correct information that applies to you and to show you have been in for a colour matching appointment.
